From Raw Steel to Ready-to-Ship

Incoming Material Inspection

We check incoming steel, panels and key components against the agreed specification (thickness, grade, finish). Any non-conforming materials are rejected before production starts.

Frame Fabrication & Welding Check

The main frame is manufactured according to the engineering drawings. Welds, dimensions and squareness of the frame are inspected and recorded.

Wall, Roof & Floor Assembly

Panels, insulation and flooring are installed. Fixings and joints are checked for correct spacing and alignment to ensure long-term performance.

Services Testing (Electrical & Plumbing)

Electrical wiring, outlets and lighting are tested at the factory. Plumbing lines are pressure-tested to check for leaks before the walls are closed.

Waterproof & Function Test

The unit undergoes a waterproof inspection (roof and openings), and doors, windows and folding mechanisms (for expandable models) are tested for smooth operation.

Final Inspection & Handover Pack

A final checklist is completed, including photos of key areas. Serial numbers, drawings and certificates are bundled into a handover pack before the unit is loaded for shipping.
